Greg Staley - General Manager

Greg is a Graduate at the University of Maryland in Business Administration with a Finance concentration.  He has 38 years of experience in food processing and has filled numerous roles to which he has lead numerous teams. He started his career in the USMC then to a Maintenance Manager at Carolina Turkeys in Mt. Olive, NC  Greg has experience with various protein facilities that manufacture Breads, Hot Pockets, Beef, Pork, Poultry, Seafood, & FP Products.

Sarah Severe - Controller

Sarah has an MBA from University of Notre Dame in Corporate Finance.

She originally started in the Health Care Industry and transitioned to Manufacturing with McCabe's.  She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in her field.

Nancy Elliott - Administrative Assistant

Most recently, Nancy worked at a local non-profit agency where she had worked for 14 years. Before starting at McCabe's full-time in August of 2022, she first worked here part-time nights and weekends. She helped with the overflow of paperwork two to three times per week. Now, she will be found in the front office during regular office hours, helping with a variety of duties.

Tom Jarvis - Shop Foreman

"Tommy" has been doing sheet metal fabrication and welding since 1988. He is one of the original employees of McCabe's Mechanical Service. Tommy works with the CAD drawings and oversees the day-to-day operations in the shop. He coordinates shop staff and jobs, to make sure the job is done on time and done right.
